A bit question

I thought my stomach only hurt when im hungry..but even after eating its still hurting. I wonder why? Is it possible that i somehow poison myself?

Pls do not listen to what you read on the internet and go to the doctor, same thing happened to me and everywhere I read it said I have stomach cancer only for it to be tummy aches from anxiety. reply
