Once you take an action, no matter how difficult it may be or how guilty it may make you feel at first, it becomes easier to repeat the second time around. And if there’s a second time, a third will likely follow. That’s why I feel pardoning cheating only gives them the chance to do it again, since they faced no real consequences.
