speedrun what i have to do and then nap or if i can't handle shit mentally i take my anxiety meds but for normal, non mentally ill ppl if u wanna relieve stress fast u can, go for a job, jerk it or take a warm shower and yes ik jerking it sounds weird but it RLY does help ur body relax   reply

You should probably first find out where and at what time you can focus/ concentrate the most. Don't try to start when you already know your just gonna do everything in your power to avoid working on it. It just makes a 1 hour stretch out in 2-3 hours (if your tight on time). But if your type of person can't finish stuff without a bit of distractio......   reply
