it depends on how urgent it is and how long it'll take. sleeping/napping now seems like a bandaid solution. but i know for sure you'll feel so much better going to sleep after having finished the thing you were anxious about. finish one task or at least start it. or else you'll feel awful going to sleep and after you wake up   1 reply
