it definitely takes practice but if your social anxiety includes people looking at you or being anxious that you're making a weird expression or something, i find that wearing a face mask really helps me calm down as i know they can't see my whole face. also having something to fidget with to help ground you to the situation and not let your mind......   reply

I think challenging yourself to just say “hello” to one new person every week (yes you can count random strangers you pass by real quick) I did this to improve my fear of talking to people, and it helped a lot Also talking to strangers is good practice because if you do something stupid, like make a joke that doesn’t land or whatever, there�......   reply
