Skin care: when it comes to your skin, I’m being serious when I mean LESS IS MORE and this is coming from someone who used to have a seven step skin care routine I used to have like really bad acne like to the point where my parents were actually trying to take me to a specialist and straight up telling me cut out all sugar from your diet cause it’s getting too bad so trust me when I say I’m allowed to talk about something like this
First, if you’re having a really bad breakouts, it might just because of hormones cause that was also one of the big main factors for me too. I start breaking out really bad once I turned 13 and it got better after like two years but it was also. because of the way I was treating my body. I was eating crazy amount of junk food that was horrible for me. I wasn’t washing my face. I was just really depressed and it was not good for me. And the biggest factor was, I was obsessively looking at my face every second making the stress worse, which make more breakouts. Of course it’s not just about what you eat. It’s also what about you put on your face and the face wash you’re using now even
now my eating style low-key kind of still sucks but it’s better than what it used to be but I really
start to see big changes in my face when I actually found the right skin care for me and trust me I tried a lot of things, but the best thing I have to say is look at more than just one brand like I know ceraVE works wonders for people, but that brand just wasn’t helping me so I tried other stuff. And of course, it wasn’t instant. Some stuff didn’t even do anything. Some stuff made me break out more, but eventually, I found out that ordinary and inky list are the best options for me of course I’m now strictly ordinary because I found it just works best for me, but before I tried it, I thought it would never do anything and that it was just a really overhyped brand but actually really did amazing for me so that’s why I try and just get out there when it comes to skin care also please for love of God invest in sunscreen. It doesn’t even have to be amazing top brand. Just get any kind of sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun. It’ll do you amazing I swear and you’ll feel and see a difference I promise so in conclusion it’s not JUST about what you put in your body or what you put in your face or the stress, you’re going through it’s everything combined so just relax find out what works for your skin. Learn how you can improve your eating habits if you feel like that’s one of the main causes for your breakouts and also just relax when it comes to the stress about constant breakouts because it only makes you more nervous and makes more breakouts and there’s no reason for that to happen when it’ll get better eventually and besides, picking pimples and obsessing over them won’t help it’s not like the more you look at the pimple is not just going to disappear in thin air oh also FREAKING EXFOLIATE I swear to God it literally makes your face so smooth and nice like if I don’t exfoliate every once a week, I feel like my face is clogged up beyond control I really like the ones from Clinique but it doesn’t have to be from there. You can try anyone you like as long as it’s not too harsh.

I just went on, but if you always feel like your face is bloated or really puffy please trust me when I say use Jade roller and guasha I know it seems like a scam, but I swear on my life it actually does wonder for your face like my cousin actually thought I lost weight when she seen my face on FaceTime but reality it was just cause I was using those two things and it’s honestly really easy to use you can search up tutorial on TikTok or YouTube anywhere and only taste like maybe 3 to 5 minutes also leave it in your fridge to make it work better because it becomes cold like ice which is also known to help depuff your face which also leads me to say if you don’t want to spend money on that or you just don’t wanna put in that much effort even though it’s really not that much just start putting ice on your face I don’t know if it works the same but I know it does help
Makeup/face-shape: I swear to you once I learned what works for my face. My makeup skills literally improved so much like people literally start telling me I look like a doll. If you don’t know what your face shape is or you don’t know what makeup could look good on you simply go to ChatGPT take a picture of your face and show ChatGPT and simply ask what your face shape is and what makeup suits you best but make sure the picture is at a good angle and it can see your full face. Don’t hide half of your face with hair or something. Also repeat this process maybe like two or three times just to make sure you get the same answer over and over again to make sure it’s correct personally I found out that douyin and dark feminine douyin make up works the best for me also, it’s not a must cause I understand some people just don’t really care to do it but at least try a Aegyo-sal one time I swear, and it makes my eyes look so much bigger and just makes me look so cute like it literally changed my life. I can literally never do makeup without it if I do I feel like I have no make up on at all. And if you do wanna try it like I said go on TikTok or YouTube or anywhere to search up tutorial and please don’t be like me and fall in the loophole where you think the darker the shade the better trust me it will look like you have a black eye choose a eyeshadow color that actually matches your skin tone. I’m like pretty pale so I choose like a light kind brown so it doesn’t stand out too much, but it also doesn’t disappear into my skin and it makes my eyes look so big and pretty also instead of using like pure white for like the brightness you’ll get what I mean if you search it up use like a light pink it’ll make it look so much brighter and prettier
Also, I know I kind of sidetracked off but learning your face shape will really help find out what to use for contour where to put blush and it’ll just make make up really easier and also to help you find out what hairstyles works best for you also PLEASE Start using cool tone contour, and leave the orange shades alone. It’ll change your life. I swear contour is supposed to replace shadows in your face to make it look more sculpted but surprise orange isn’t really a shadow but cool tones like gray are so start looking for contour like that you can even use eyeshadow if you want that’s what I do
Make up tips: I know we already touched up on makeup, but I want to go more pacific in the tips area and kind of tried to explain it better because I felt like didn’t really explain it that good
First look for cool tone contour and try it out. Also look for different contour techniques. Don’t just do the simple on forehead cheeks and chin. No go onto red note I know blast from past but look up contour tricks and I swear to God it’ll change your life.
Learn how to apply your lipstick, right like I swear to God once I learned how to my lips look so juicy and plump first put a little bit of gray eyeshadow on the bottom of your lip to make it look more plump and fuller, cause it’ll mimic a shadow and put a little bit right in the middle on your upper lip. It kind of connected to your nose. You’ll get what I mean if you see a tutorial about it on red note also learn how to kind of contouryour lips with lipstick like place it and certain spots to make it look more fuller once again you look for tutorial. I can’t explain it exactly on here, but I’m just saying do it trust me also instead of putting lipgloss all over your lips just put it right in the middle. It’ll make your lips look more plump as well and more juicer
I know I already said it, but try Aegyo-sal like a whole purpose of it is to make your eyes look bigger so if that’s something you wanna try out and you feel like you wanna make your eyes look bigger do it plus it’ll also kind of fill up the empty space under your eyes to make it look like your face is more put together if that makes sense like it literally changes your whole face shape
Learn where to place your blush if you have a more rounder face kind of like me I recommend putting it on your high cheekbones and not directly right in the middle of your face cause if you have a round face and you put blush right in the middle of it, it’ll kind of make people focus on to that area which highlights roundness of your face of course, there’s nothing wrong with that if you like that continue doing that, but if you want to kind of make your face look less rounder try putting it higher on your cheekbones of course theres a lot of blush techniques to make your face look different so like once again look up tutorial.if you want
Learn how to contour your nose because a lot of you were doing it wrong. I’m going to explain it but just in case you don’t get what I mean once again look up tutorial basically draw two c’s on the upper corner of your nose like where your eyes draw two lines like right in the middle then instead of like around circle draw a diamond shape on top of your nose and connec it all and it looks so much better. That’s just a technique. I use there a lot more techniques but just try it out.
Try out Lash extensions personally I like the single ones where you can place them where you want, but you could also just use a whole eyelash extension instead of the individual ones not touch up too much about this but once again and make sure I look bigger and better

I’m not going to go too much in the make up because I made like two separate parts about it, but the more smoother your bases and a better angle you use the more better you will look, of course lighting also matters. I know some of you are thinking nah I’m just naturally ugly in the camera. Well, maybe if you weren’t taking a picture like you were taking your mug shot photos in prison then maybe you wouldn’t look so bad in the camera because I know some of you are looking straight into the camera with a dead ass face or a awkward ass smile and hoping to God that the picture somehow turns out good and trust me I’m guilty of this too experiment with different angles different make up looks and if you don’t use make up once again experience with different ankles lights and also it wouldn’t kill you to prep your face a little bit with moisturizer and sunscreen. It helps trust me.
Style: yeah all honesty. I don’t know if I can help too much with that. I don’t even really know my style myself, but try asking ChatGPT about what color suit you best and what style would do you best of course you don’t have to actually follow what it says if you like colors or style it doesn’t recommend for you. It doesn’t matter it just matters how you feel about how you look and if you’re comfortable, just keep doing that, but if you wanna try it out, go ahead. You can also try going on Pinterest and seeing if any styled interest you and try it out.
Body: when I was younger, I used to be really fucking overweight like I’m talking dangerously overweight but now I’m a healthy 120 pounds i’m not going to go too deep into this topic because I know it’s a sensitive area for a lot of people and sometimes even for me but if your mental state is OK for it I do recommend counting calories until you get to a comfortable weight, I recommend my net diary and when it comes to exercise, I’m going to be honest. I’m the laziest person alive and I stopped exercising, but I used to be really focused into the area like I would work out every day and night besides rest days for like a year straight, maybe almost 2 years like I literally almost had abs till I just stopped because the family problems but the people I recommend are.
Lilly Sabri she’s really focused in Pilates and when I swear to God, she gives amazing fast results and I feel like I’m dying when I do it with a lot of workouts usually didn’t do to me back when I was really into working out
Growwithjo if you’re a beginner, she’s honestly really good and she also has amazing dance workouts. If you wanna do something like that I also really recommend her
growingannanas honestly she’s also amazing and she does have beginner videos as well, but I feel she’s slightly more for advanced people, but she’s still really good and really focuses on strength
Also, when it comes to eating, don’t push yourself if you want a sweet treat or you want something that people label as unhealthy go for is not going to ruin your whole process if you decide to treat yourself to a doughnut or two the more restrictive shelf the harder it’s going to become to actually grow and improve and it’s coming from someone who almost had an eating disorder so trust me when I say it’s not worth destroying your body to destroy your body and almost losing all your hair just to lose 5 pounds to gain it back in a second once you eat a freaking fry because your metabolism is so messed up
And I’m not joking I literally gained 5 pounds from eating somewhat normal for like maybe four days when I went on a trip because my metabolism was so messed up and I literally took two whole years just to get my hair healthy again and my body to normal when in that timeframe. I could’ve actually been focusing on eating right and actually doing what’s right for my body, I could’ve made so much progress, but it got wasted because I was too focused on starving myself instead of actually working on myself
