Tsundere trope is pretty cute if written nicely ans they have depth as a character. I really like the fake nonchalant ones as well. If all they have as a character is being a tsundere then I'd say that's where it gets annoying. Idrk any good tsundere characters..maybe Till from alnst? Although I'd say it's mainly the fandom that portrays him as a......   1 reply

I fucking love tsunderes. When they're not violent abusive assholes they're pretty much my fav archetype. One of my fav genres of protagonist is someone who pretends to not care about their loved ones but shows care through their actions. ex, senku aka THE GOAT ex, kuwabara aka THE GOAT ex, Lau aka THE GOAT ex, Jotaro aka THE GOAT ex, Vegeta......   reply

not a big fan of tsundere in fiction or irl. leads to at least one miscommunication arc which is a WASTE OF MY GAWD DAYMN TIME. I'd rather someone be genuine about how they're feeling and who they are.   reply

That said, I do prefer it more when both parties are very very chalant so I don't read the tsundere trope intentionally until I do accidentally come across i......   reply

I really only like it when it's more in a modest form. Not overly done. For example, I like it when the cool silent types (preferably in yuri) turn out to be really shy and a little defensive. Especially if they end up becoming more brash and showing more personality later on. Give me depth and a backstory I can root for and my life is yours.   reply

I never watched toradora for that reason, also I heard that she fought the student president cause she rejected HER crush like huh??? If she doesn’t like him then she won’t......   reply
