Maybe they are adding something to the website. Till now, every time it breaks like that, they add something or remove something from the website.
Remember the day Mangago was down for a whole day? Well, they added the upload manga button again, and they opened up the "banned" manhwas again, like the B*nana scandal, shortly after.
