For me, it'll always be Hanhoo's 'My tomorrow became you'. That entire chapter was just so heartwarming and poetic.
Also, that one scene from 'Pride & Prejudice':
Elizabeth: "You may only call me 'Mrs. Darcy'... when you are completely, and perfectly, and incandescently happy."
Mr. Darcy: "Then how are you this evening...Mrs. Darcy...Mrs. Darcy......
