Me too i have fucked up my sleep schedule. Like i be sleeping during the day for 4,5hours then wake up come here for the rest of time that iam awake . Bedrotting on mangago. Neglected meals and proper sleep and all other things including family and friends. I guess I spent like 16 hours here. Idk man life suck so iam
