Specific advice first, general advice later. There are apps to help you practice hiragana, katakana and kanji :) they're pretty fun and easy to use when you have a little free time (like during commute or while waiting in line). I think reading children manga or picture books would help too since they are pretty simple + have pictures to help you ......   1 reply
