ok so i was heavily addicted to gaming tiktok social media etc so i will say what worked for me 1- dont do that thing when its 4 am and your like "tomorrow ill change my life and do 47 changes". Focus on one problem and fix that 2- do an easy change: when i was quitting social media, especially short form videos, i watched a bunch of tv. It souds......   reply
