Not that similar but I had this problem during/after the pandemic. i relate to this. what your feeling is valid and its good thay your willing to something about it. if your not ready to go outside yet, you can interact with people by playing online games, although some are kinda toxic. if your feeling confident, you could also go out and sign up at a gym. its good to join activities since you'll find people with ......   reply
