I thought kimchi was spicy savory(?) kinda food but tasting it it was sour and a bit bitter..idk what i expect (i know how weird i word the question, shut it)
Zhajiangmian or black bean noodles. Growing up in a Chinese household my family made this all the time but I absolutely hate the flavor of the sauce and just eat the noodles with soy sauce instead 3 reply
