kpop and plastic surgery
I will be honest whenever someone tells me they love some kpop stars because they look nice, I just go, "You do realize like a very high% of them just undergo plastic surgery?”
And like, I want to ruin the fun, and idk how so many push that stuff as being attractive when a good %of them are just enforcing negative beauty standards.
Like am I high or something, why am I getting lectured about being appreciative of all fashion when your bullshit fanbase supports a bunch of plastic surgery production lines?
s(・`ヘ´・;)ゞyou lose the right to complain about me saying I don't like bikinis because they're too revealing the second you say you like Aespa.
And no, saying you don't support plastic surgery doesn't cut it.
Idk it's like, how... Perfomative are you if you're going to call yourself a kpop fan and then say you dislike the industry practice while supporting the very same industry? Like, every concert ticket you buy is 1/100th of another nose job. Every YouTube view 1/1000th of a buttlift. Every Instagram like is just another source of $$$ for more boob jobs.
You can say you don't support it, but like, if their face card is making you go kyaaa over them, they're going to continue doing it. What part of 'I hate it's even matters if you're lining their pockets. It's worse when they deny themselves the truth because bro calls it 'enhancement' - Yeah, and those eyelids were really enhanced weren't they?
Idk I just find it kind of bizarre. I'm not blaming the singers/dancers, but like it's just weird to me to hear the same people being like 'all beauty is beauty' while supporting literally the most restrictive form of ig 'beauty content'.
These people are hand picked for face card.
You aren't going to see my ugly mug up there.
