does it rly matter if you can bs something on an interview (if u even get a callback)? do they actually call/check all the refs if its a big company? can i just use ai to autosend resumes to random places till i get actual employment?
i mean, if they're automating everything, they're prolly not doing anything more than background checks at best, right? and they won't have the time to actually look deep into candidate backgrounds and all?
Ngl, I didn't add the numbers of references, cold sent CVs and still got the job. Just don't exaggerate too much. You need a seed of truth, don't just straight up lie. reply
