I used to have the same problem but going to the psychologist helped me a lot to understand why I was so dependent on those thoughts as a way to escape reality. If you're not able for whatever reason to reach professional help you can still do some exercises to get to know yourself better and start to do things that are acts of self love and respec......   1 reply

The best way would be to open up to a professional. They will help you to gey better really (although it feels senseless to you at first.) And bask yourself in sunlight, avoid dark places and avoid being alone in the quiet. Those situations just lets your mind wander to your thoughts.
