Need raw, unhinged advices!!!!!! I know my macros,I’m pretty good at keeping track of my diet but things go down because I know too much like if I eat something that isn’t inherently good, the guilt sets in and then I binge…when I get a hold of myself I under eat and the cycle continues
don't restrict yourself too much vro that can lead to craving more
when you want something, just eat a bit of it to keep your brain satisfied
also, your body needs all kinds of food, no matter what it is so don't feel guilty reply
