My cat's been drowsy all day
She went on the whole day with very little food and water, she also wasn't as playful as she always is. I thought it was just a massive hairball because she doesn't seem feverish, but it's been like 18 hours now. It's past midnight and there are no 24/7 vet clinics where I live. I'm panicking and thinking about the worst case scenario and idk what to do until morning. What do I doooo

I was so out of it that I couldn't respond to your kind message
I took her to the vet and he checked her heart and kidneys and overall health
Everything looked normal so he gave her an IV with a few shots of vitamins in it and also some antibiotics and stomach medication for her lack of appetite. He said that if she's not back to normal within a couple of days, I have to take her to get blood work and ultrasound to see what's wrong. She's doing a little bit better but she's still kinda ill. If she doesn't get better by tomorrow, I'm taking her again.
Yesterday the vet said that she's too weak to get her blood drawn.

Maybe ask Reddit or put her symptoms into Google or even ask like an AI vet or something I’m sure there’s some crap like that on the internet. I’m not a vet and I’ve only ever had the one cat five years ago but the one time she got super sick (I can’t remember all the symptoms but she did run really hot and didn’t have an appetite) the vet said she had a parasite from eating something bad. She was munching on grass and stuff which my mom found weird and that’s why we took her in to the vet

She's doing a little bit better but she is still weak. The vet said she probably needs more tests done to see what's wrong. Sorry for the late response, it completely slipped my mind.
