fry tomatoes in melted butter with a pinch of mint then smash them, add beaten egg, lastly let some cheese melt on it. the final touch is a bit of oregano. i love it so much that i almost do it every morning!!   reply

Recently got into adding 2 eggs to the leftover broth from my ramen, mixing it well, and then putting it into a microwave for 2-3 mins. The temu version of egg soufflé, but it's really delicious.   reply

I like a simple one 2 eggs, 2tbsp milk, salt, pepper, beat Butter on pan, pour the egg, beat it in the pan and spread it into an omelette and fold it when its still runny, serve it on top of hot rice Its like half way japanese omelette Tho my absolute fav is that instead of butter, I use Coconut oil. I put ham(or whatever mystery meat I have available), cheese, spinach and mushrooms in mine and of course salt, pepper and garlic seasoning and turn it into an omelette.   reply

kinda same. onion,garlic,chilis (chopped fine) stir fry with omelet, add lil bit of soy sauce and oyster sauce. eat with rice!   reply
