pain relief is only that, relief. it doesn't treat the issue. I can't stay I've done much to truly help with pain relief, if it's an ongoing issue I would suggest taking it to your doctor. as for remedies to further alleviate, warm bath, take stretching breaks, researching sleeping posture, heating pad, massage the area (self or others), possible ......   1 reply

Okay so this is gonna sound counterproductive but if you ever have rlly bad shoulder pain, and I dont mean when it hurts to move it, i mean when just existing hurts like a bitch and you can't crack a bone no matter how you twist your body. This is usually not muscle stiffness but nerve inflammation so heating pads or warm towel wont help at all and......   1 reply

if your back pain is due to bad posture you can just do like i did going to the gym. I especially use all the gym equipments that help with strengthening my back and let me tell you it really helped me a lot. if you can't go the gym just search for videos on yt.   reply

kinda hard to answer bc you didn't specify what causes the pain. if it's something you need really medicine for then you should probably get that checked out to be safe. if it turns out to be posture problems or scoliosis then try swimming regulary it's what has helped me tons   reply

Stretching. I had a job where I would sit from 10 am to 6 pm without moving whatsoever... And when I got off, I would just stretch. Or take a nap.   reply
