pain relief is only that, relief. it doesn't treat the issue. I can't stay I've done much to truly help with pain relief, if it's an ongoing issue I would suggest taking it to your doctor. as for remedies to further alleviate, warm bath, take stretching breaks, researching sleeping posture, heating pad, massage the area (self or others), possible ......   1 reply
