what are ways to be able to run a 5K quick without stopping to walk?? My calves and just legs in general end up hurting so much, causing me to walk, and I cant even run after walking because it'll just hurt my legs even more. PLEASE HELP ╥﹏╥
I guess constant training is the key? Or try pacing your 5k run. start slower in the beginning and slowly speed up save your energy so you can complete the 5k reply
