how much sleep do you guys get?

I get 3–5 hours of sleep. I read somewhere that lack of sleep can cause early dementia, but I don’t even want to look it up to see if it’s real or fake.

i believe it is correlated with dementia, not "early" dementia necessarily. that's scary enough, though. 1 reply
