You're getting around 130~ pulls from the entire patch's updates (including exploration etc etc).
Genshin patches get dry towards the end, not the beginning of the anniversary.
People who are complaining, are complaining of how easy it is to access the primos, not how many ngl - to which I say if they want a gambling simulator, they can go and make one. You should be playing the game to get primos...
Which, when you compare the fact Genshin is fairly casual when it comes to things you would get primos for + you don't need to pull every other banner (cough HSR cough), it's fine. Honestly.
Yes, the game listens to us for once, how terrible. And those were the anniversary awards for the past five years, excluding the constellations, what are you high on? 轻轻落下来的叶子
Are you forgetting those "rewards" are the results of players non stop demand for fair free rewards. It just saying the company dont care as long as it doesnt hurt their sales ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍ and the community they eat up as if its a feast given by the devs when actually it just bread crumps thrown on the floor

Again, imagine asking for rewards, getting rewards, and then complaining about getting the rewards.
It's 120 pulls.
Those are not breadcrumbs.
That's comparable to HSR and HSR is really generous compared to Genshin.

Constalation of out of meta characters are not generous. Locked behind paywall mechanics are not generous. Imagine so out of touch you think those rewards are them being generous no it just to shut you up and makes you stat and pay more money for their money hungry game and wring you dry. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

I don't agree with what they did for the constellation and it's clear they still want to sell Kazuha and Yelan... but at the same time,
There are no mechanics in Genshin that are locked behind a paywall. They intentionally design the map and the free characters specifically so that nothing is locked behind a paywall. You're making an argument of convenience, not paywall.
You should really address the fact they're giving out 120~ wishes, which is comparable to HSR.
Also, the reason why HSR is so generous is because they release twice as many new 5* than Genshin. So the fact that Genshin is being as generous as HSR means that Genshin is more generous than it needs to be. You cannot expect a game that releases 6-7 new five stars to be as generous as one that releases 12~14 new five stars, that's being unrealistic. HSR is at an ungodly pace compared to Genshin. I'm comparing Genshin to HSR as proof that this particular patch is extremely generous.
For Amphoreus, there are 12 new limited 5* (DHPT doesn't count because he's free).
Genshin? There were 7 during the 5.x patches + they were drastically more generous during 5.0 WITHOUT people complaining (500 from story etc etc).
The fact is, for Genshin, if you play the game, you will likely get a character you want every two patches, and within one patch if you are lucky and don't lose 50/50. The primos just aren't handed to you on a silver platter so you all think "no primos!" when in reality, they give a lot of primos through exploration, quests, etc etc.
Genshin gacha actually is not that bad. See when games give a lot of rewards, either they pull an HSR or they pull a "you need constellations" (Hi3, Food Fantasy etc etc).
