There is manga like that, but I forgot. I was thinking it's peds and r*pe, but then the rapist helps that person to escape, to feel loved, but every time they did it, the person's heartbeat kept beating so fast, getting anxious about when the next time they're going to fuck will be.

Honestly they need help, I don't know how to explain this in a simple sense but whenever that happens, it's usually because this person never ever felt love from someone or whatever happened to them was the only "affection" they received in their life.
