none that i can think of.
the entire reason omegaverse exists is for the babies and partner dynamic. bond etc etc etc. it a lot
but one core aspect is undeniably the baby. its fiction as well, if they didnt want a baby they would have not made the story omegaverse. if the wanted the bond and not a baby BOOM just not make them preggers.
