All I use is hair moose and since oil is messy I mix it in with it so when I put it on daily I'll also be oiling my hair. I wash my hair every 1 to 2 weeks. Though I prefer not to do it every week since it takes a while or rather a lot of moose buildup (though not build up in the sense that it becomes messy or dirty) for my hair to get extra hold, ......
