Ive had pretty bad body issues since i was little and i cant for the life of me fathom that i could be pretty

Ex anorexic here plus i have like severe facial dysmorphia. I think what helped me the most was to stop thinking about my appearance too much and keeping myself busy. Honestly my self esteem issues run too deep to be resolved this easily but distraction always helps. I've always looked a bit different than the avg person in my region and i grew up ...... reply
