Some of these comments are giving eating disorder. Please ignore them! The best way you can lose weight is by going on a calorie deficit and exercising it will take time but you will lose it slowly and in a healthy way because that’s what’s most important.   reply

Uhm uhm uhm I started taking adderall for school and then uhm uhm I convinced myself that any unidentified speck in my food was a bug and I was too scared to eat anything that wasn’t heavily processed and I was a picky eater and hated meat then uhm uhm I was in post Michelle Obama public American school where the food is disgustingly bad and ined......   reply
