I feel you man.I also experienced a 7.7 one before, sometimes even sleeping alone feels anxious and paranoid like the ground is shaking. Maybe download an earthquake alarm app just to be safe. Also if it happen again, leave everything behind and get out first, don’t try to take anything. I’ve seen people die trying to take their possessions not......   reply
