Do bl writers see cheating as less forgivable than rape?

Just a thought i had, I've noticed that despite bls having literally any and every taboo topics you can think of cheating isn't in that many, I've seen like "mc misunderstands ml hanging out with girl or boy as them having a gf or bf" thing a lot but actual cheating? I've never actually seem a bl with cheating not even in those rape torture filled porn bls and i just started questioning if people are less forgiving of cheating, now do i want to see more cheating in love stories? HELLLLL NOOOO but i don't really wanna see rape either but it's there.

Please tell me if this post makes grammatical sense i am kinda rambling lol

tldr: Yes because they want to indulge in a fantasy that there is someone out there made for them. Because here is the thing about rape and I am NOT saying rape is good, but for the sake of explaining this, I'm going to sound like I promote this shit.
