Biggest yuri ick is there are sooo many that feature "women" who look like children, like they draw them chibi style and I guess you could still read it for the plot but when the sex happens I just... no.
Also hate when they act super naive about sex. No one lives under a rock like that unless you came from an ultra conservative or religious famil......
