How do I fix it? I have a possible meet up with some friends in DECEMBER. D E C E M B E R. And I've been stressing about it so much I can't do anything. Sometimes we don't even meet until JANUARY. That's THREE FUCKING MONTHS FROM NOW and I'm struggling to breathe. I have to go because every time I skip an event because of social anxiety it's just solidifying that events are scary and makes the next one worse. I've known these people for 7 or 8 years now and still would rather meet with a group of starving lions.
Probably dont take advice from me but i repress every emotion to it and when the time comes i just go in
Its never as bad as i could imagine so my anxiety will dissipate after a while 2 reply
