you can't! hope this helps serious note genuinely exposure therapy is the best way. Force yourself to join communities, talk to people, find ways to surround yourself with people ex a job in customer service etc. Imo medication helped me the most in my case it was ocd that led to ruminating thoughts after every social interaction.   1 reply
