I recommend drinking at least half a litre of water at once. Like a glass of water won’t do anything, you need more than that. 500ml works for me and I'm 160cm and 42kg, adjust accordingly. Don’t drink more than 1 litre in 1 hour. You can combine this method with drinking black coffee beforehand or taking magnesium. There are also laxatives you......   reply
