I live in the southeast asia and am having trouble with the Grab app. I think few months back I've activated their paylater feature which functions as the name. However, I've never once used this feature to pay any of my food deliveries or transportation. I've always made my payment right then and there. Come to yesterday I just got a message from the grab app that im due 2 days to pay for $21.20 for food that i apparently used paylater feature on 9 Sep. When I checked my activity history under the food section, I made no such payment or ordered any food whatsoever last month. The even shadier part is that when I clicked to see what I bought or paid for the $21.20 it conveniently says "sorry something went wrong please try gain later". I know it's a scam but the bill has racked up to 36.20 due to the late payment fee of $15 a day..... and im stressed as the grab centre is not getting back to me!!! HEELLLLPPPP
If the site hasn’t actively charged your card yet I would recommend reporting it to whatever department that handles fraud in your country. If the payment ever goes through then report to your bank. reply
