Pretty sure first manga was Loveless.
Anime I'm not sure which one I saw first but it was definitely either Pokémon (the original/first one) or Sailor Moon (also original not the remake). First one I became a huge fan of and started becoming an otaku was Naruto, but I watched those two before I even knew what anime was.
