I read it again last week, I was on vacation, and his change (personality) actually felt gradual and natural. He's less obsessive and demanding now (ch 80) Even the sex scenes are less violent and similar like when Jaekyung was drunk and acting calm. He still tease, yells and acts selfish but there's change.
His design was meant to change either ......
