Not a movie but this 8 episodes long 2023 anime, Pluto. 100/100 show, made me cry like a baby even though I already read the manga before watching. The direction, music, voice acting, cinematography- the adaptation captured the true essence of the source material perfectly and I cannot recommend this enough.
