What is your coping mechanism when you're hurt/angry
When i feel hurt/angry, i usually go silent. i instantly shut up and start dissociating myself from reality. i don't like confrontations so i tend to isolate myself until i calm down. i don't want to hurt others or be hurt in the heat of the moment. it's kind of unhealthy cause i'd bottle things up but isn't it the best way to avoid conflicts?
SH I'm not like attention seeking or anything I js get a lot of violence tendencies and doing it to myself make those go away and the pain clears my head reply
