What is your coping mechanism when you're hurt/angry
When i feel hurt/angry, i usually go silent. i instantly shut up and start dissociating myself from reality. i don't like confrontations so i tend to isolate myself until i calm down. i don't want to hurt others or be hurt in the heat of the moment. it's kind of unhealthy cause i'd bottle things up but isn't it the best way to avoid conflicts?
play fighting games on roblox or stare at my wall and think about what made me angry or hurt. then i either sigh, get up, and eat or i think about wanking it reply
