What do I do

I'm a 2nd year medical student , and I have to stay away from home which is really hard for me. It's been 2 years but I still wait for weekends to come back home. I have my finals in a month . How do I let go of my desire to go back home. Every time I have to leave I feel so depressed that I don't do anything for the whole week. I don't have anyone to talk to and I've been holding it in for a long time. I show that it doesn't bother me but I just can't continue with my studies .
