been going to class pretty consistently after two years of crazy mental health issues. so better than before but not stellar. passed all my midterms tho!
you can do it! the key for me was getting a better sleeping schedule which i got by going to bed at the same hour every night and using phone-lock apps. i read 45mins to an hour of a (physical, not on phone, tho e-book should work) book and then sleep like a baby till 6:30 AM which is when i need to get up ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
