You pronounce the manga part as you're supposed to and then -go. Technically Ninjago should also be pronounced like ninja -go but they decided to anglicize it. I mean it makes sense since if you're combining go with these two words, man-gago and nin-jago should be easier to say if you're speaking English but I personally think you should pronounce ......
