It's so funny arguing with people in tiktok. Cause like wdym your definition of "Power Bottom" is when an "Omega" fights back with their top and other things like that. Like hello? That's called having will, self-respect and resilience.
The word "POWER BOTTOM" existed in like what 70s, 80s or idk and has been recognized in the queer community for so long that it has ALWAYS been about "Dominating in bed".
"Oh my God, He's such a power bottom." And it's just a muscular man

I've always thought are like Jin from under the green light, Shin from sShutline or Yujin from Flashlight
I've always thought of power bottoms as actually dominating in their relationship and/or in bed. So like Seo-an from Pizza Delivery Man & Gold Palace for example, who clearly holds the authority in the relationship and also often takes kind of a lead when having sex. I wouldn't consider someone a power bottom if the top is ultimately more dominant than them, so for example I wouldn't consider Yujin from Flashlight a power bottom even though he is really confident and cool and can stick up for himself, because his top is more dominant both sexually and just in general. He might be considered a "power bottom" in the bl sense but not in how it's actually defined.
Yeah, exactly. BL fandoms often misuse it to mean "bottoms with attitude" which isn't the same thing.
