Well, compared to you, I am pretty "normal", I only have bipolar and add. But the word "normal" should not be used to describe mental health. I don't have any diagnosis myself but I do study psychology and I thought I'd share a bit. Maybe it'll help. Psychological disorders aren't like the typical sicknesses like having a cold because they usually cannot be objectively measured (there's no fever thermometer for depression for example).
