AI Isn’t The Problem… You Are (Realtalk)

People say AI art is soulless but half of y’all draw the same girl (or guy) with the same bangs and the same dead fish eyes.
The uncanny valley is not technology it's actually just you.
If you actually put some work into your art and get your ass up to actually create something meaningful you wouldn't need to be afraid of Ai. If you feel threatened by Ai you are basically just telling yourself that there is nothing special or meaningful about your art.

No, people are afraid of AI because this thing could take away people jobs. There are lots of people who are depends on their crafts for living. Yes, in quality, AI art can't top the arts made by real artist. But there are a lot of people out there who don't see art as art, who don't respect and belittle real artists. There are lots of people who prefer to use AI art to pay less money than to pay real artist. AI is also very trainable and developing very quickly, right now their arts maybe looks chopped, but in the future if people keeps using it to create art, it could be able to replicate a high quality art like it was made by human. This is the reason why people are threatened by AI and why we should stop using AI to create arts. The more people keep using AI for art, the less valuable and more meaningless art by people.

Yup yup; it's like people complaining about PewDiePie's art progress, I mean did he buy talent, never knew that was a thing.

Tbh I think pewdiepie had this progress because he actually sat his ass down and drew every day. Most 'artists' (hobby artists) I know (including myself) do not draw every day and even have times where they do not draw for a long time. Just be happy when someone is passionate aboit smth why the unnecessary hate?

Yes, exactly. I come from a family of artists and majority of my family can do arts or crafts and literally have a career in it or have done at some point in their life. The thing is for me, I was kind of traumatized by art in Middle School even though I was getting those A's for the national exam and getting ready to sit the high school national exam the next year it was really burning me out. And at the first opportunity I ran away and I honestly haven't drawn since. Though I am starting graphic design independently as well as learning digital design. The thing about artists is that like you said they don't draw everyday and I feel it's the people who draw once a month specifically who are a bit salty about it. But for me when I see someone's insane progress, it's inspiration to go back to what I ran from (it so bad that I had to unlearn drawing a circle a certain way and go back to how I used to naturally do it). People need to be realistic with themselves. Also, people should also realize that PewDiePie was honestly pretty excellent at pointing out the flaws and his drawing and fixing those mistakes.
