Your bed is not the problem. Even if you removed it entirely, you'd probably still find a replacement. TBH I think what you need to do is start by untangling whatever it is that makes you want to spend 23 hrs a day in your bed in the first place. And your reasons why don't need to be traumatic, btw. For me, I've moved my bedrotting elsewhere. For example, I've spent an entire day on my living room couch. It gave me a reason to interact with my family bc they always hang out in the livingroom. I watched movies, went on my phone, played video games, etc. It's a whole lot better than being isolated in a bedroom all day, trust. Of course this onl......   reply
