I have to bring to y’all’s attention that magical girl animes are the worst offenders of this. I mean, the sheer number of times I’ve seen the trope of two girls who always come as a pair, never one without the other, eventually 'adopt' a kid(s), co-parent together, and even move in together is insane… 1 reply
